Everyone at Hawk has been a pleasure to deal with. We used them for our water treatment in the past. They did a fantastic installation and the system resolved all of our issues. Years later we had issues with our well. Jeremy explained our options and where he thought the best place was to drill a new well. We proceeded with drilling and he hit very good water. Everyone communicated and responded quickly throughout the process. I would recommend them to everyone. A great team that treats you well and shows up when they say they will. Cant say enough how impressed I am with my service today.Had a pipe crack in my well T. I called and left a message. They called me right back, came on a saturday within a few hours, had the part on the truck, fixed the repair quickly!Amanda setup the appointment and Shawn serviced the repair. But when Chris S. from Hawk's water treatment team came to inspect our existing system and do a proper assessment of our current water conditions, it was immediately obvious that he has vast knowledge with many years of experience. After receiving a spot-on fair quote from him, we scheduled. Chris and his teammate Luis arrived on time to do the job, and what a fantastic job they did! Both are true professionals and have great personalities. Their top-notch workmanship and friendly attitude helped turn our bad situation into a positive experience. We discovered (the hard way) that our pressure switch on our old indoor pump in our finished basement was leaking and soaking the carpet. Wary of attempting to fix anything ourselves since anything could go wrong, I called Hawk and spoke to Amanda (very friendly and knowledgeable) and in less than 24 hours she had the technicians here. Sean and Mike were excellent - friendly, fast, efficient! They checked everything carefully and made the necessary repairs. What a relief! And the cost was very fair - unlike some companies we've dealt with, they did not inflate the price or take advantage of our unfortunate situation. It was refreshing to be treated like real normal people in need of help. Happy new customers and will hire Hawk's services again!

Our house lost water pressure yesterday. I spoke with Amanda from Hawk Drilling. She was so knowledgeable over the phone and worked magic to get a crew over to our house. We were so fortunate to get help that afternoon. Shawn and Mike were incredibly knowledgeable and knew what needed to be checked on our situation. So professional. Call Hawk around Noon, no water coming in... By 4 they had my pump replaced, all new wire, ready to go. Fantastic Job!! Shawn and the guys were awesome... So impressed with the entire job!

Hawk replaced our well pump on our underground well for irrigation this summer. The well head was completely underground and we didn't know where it was located or know anything about the well system because the previous owner had installed the well. Hawk finished the job the same day they started, was reasonably priced, and was great to work with. Not only was our problem fixed (pump replaced) but we now have a visible well head so the well can't get "lost" again, and the pump will be easier to replace in the future, and we also have improvements to the system. With all of the unknowns of this project (unknown age of equipment, unknown pump, and unknown location, etc.) we were very anxious over it. But the Hawk team was very patient with us and the project, knowledgeable, and did a great job! We highly recommend this company.
