Life savers. Absolutely recommended. Just bought a home... that had iron bacteria in the water and they replaced everything I needed within a couple of days. They take time to explain everything they do it in detail which is amazing for someone who didn’t know anything about water solutions for well water. High quality work, responsive, efficient. They showed up on moving day to make sure we had water within 24 hours of settling into our new home. Can’t say enough about how great hawk is.read more

I called and left a message with Hawk on Easter Sunday due... to having little to no water pressure in my home. They had called back, and were at my house early Monday morning, testing my well. Shawn (the technician) quickly and thoroughly troubleshot my issue to a failing well pump.After engaging with his front office (Amanda) a more than reasonable quote was sent to me within 30 minutes. Understanding my plight (multiple young children living in the home), and with my approval they got right to work replacing the pump. To say they were the epitome of professional would be an understatement.It is mud season here and Shawn and his crew ensured (even after I told them not to worry about it) that they all but polished their boots prior to coming into my home. They also made sure to use weight distribution plates in the grass, so my lawn still looks as good as it did before they started.By lunchtime water was restored to my house in volumes I had never seen since owning it. In the weeks post the install, Hawk has reached out to wrap up paperwork and check in to make sure all was well.Every interaction with Shawn and Amanda was nothing short of professional and stress reducing. Hawk is an incredible company to do business with. I bought... a camp on Sacandaga Lake that only had water in the summer. I spoke with Hawk before the purchase (having a well was a must for us to buy the place) and I also spoke to a few other well drilling companies. Other companies didn’t want to come out, or gave me the “we think it’s going to be too hard” answer - Hawk said “we can get this done for you” - and they delivered!! We had them drill the well and also hook the well to the camp. Both experiences were great and highly successful. The camp was not easy to get to, and drilling locations were extremely limited - and house hook-up was very complex. Hawk was confident throughout the process and I am so thankful they made it happen. Their team at the office is incredible too - I called so many times with questions (this is my first well drilling experience), they knew my number by heart - but every time they we’re incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and focused on making it a great experience for me. If you’re thinking about drilling a well, my suggestion is make Hawk your first call and only call. I highly recommend them!read more

Sandra, in the office was a delight, and took my call while she was shopping for groceries. They treated our situation as a priority, and they managed the entire exchange fairly and professionally. During the process of buying a new home, we encountered... some well issues and sought assistance from Hawk Drilling. I was amazed by their attentiveness and willingness to help. Hawk Drilling assisted us through the many steps of the process, well shocking, testing, and water filtration installation. Not only were the ladies behind the phones extremely helpful the many times I called, but all of the workers who showed up were professional, friendly, and informative to what they were doing. I reached the point with my water problem that I didn’t... know what else to do. Then I reached out to Hawk. They saved my sanity. After dealing with 3 companies that tested water, recommended the usual, charged me a fortune, and didn’t solve the problem Hawk did much more specific testing and found the problem. They developed a specific water filtration system and the water is now normal. This company has experts that are the best, they always go the extra step to problem solve. Most importantly they show genuine concern for their customers and run an ethical company. I’d definitely give them 10 stars if I could. By the way their price was more than fair considering all the work they did.read more

We had recently purchased a new house with a well which... needed total replacement ( the original well was less than 20 feet deep and contaminated with road salt). Hawk was recommended to us by a friend, and we could not be happier!We were scheduled into the books for water testing just a few days later. Sandra was extremely knowledgeable and provided all the information we needed. After five long months of closing, we had called to have our well drilled.Amanda was able to get us in that next week, and well drilling started just a few days after, which we were thrilled about as we had no access to usable water! Jeremy bumped us ahead in the schedule due to weather and we had a completed well in a day and a half. We were able to borrow hoses to run the water for as long as we needed.The Hawk Team is professional, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable (and a bunch of dog lovers!). I received weekend phone calls to check on the water even though they were not open. Hawk cares about its costumers and provides 10/10 service. Will always highly recommend.read more

Called Hawk Monday afternoon, Amanda set up an appointment... for my pump to be looked at. Bill and Sean arrived 10 minutes AHEAD of schedule, and told me they could have a new pump installed right then and there. They were done in less than 2 hours! Cleaned up the area, tested the pump and made sure everything was working. Absolutely 100% recommend Hawk Well. They have a new forever customer. Extremely happy with them!read more

When our well pump in Lake Pleasant started short cycling,... we anticipated a long wait for service and a major expense. When contacting Hawk, the office staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to schedule a service call in a couple days though their business is 60+ miles away. The service tech called me ahead of time to get a description, then called afterward to say they found a minor problem and left me a detailed explanation. Service industries have taken a lot of hits recently. Hawk Drilling Co is one of the pleasant exceptions. Thank you!read more

Hawk Drilling to the rescue! After 3 years with well/water... issues in a new home and thousands of dollars wasted, Hawk Drilling was able to identify the root of the problem and fix everything. They spent time trying to understand and untangle the mess that others had band aided. The water is flowing nicely, the well is working correctly, no leaks, no unnecessary equipment and the water is excellent! I would highly recommend Hawk Drilling!read more

I purchased a piece of property years ago in an area that... is known for water problems. Several people told me that I would never find sufficient water to build a house. I hired Hawk to drill a new well for me back in June 2020. Jeremy drilled and found me sufficient water per county requirements and good quality water as well. 15 months later we just moved into our newly built home. We would not be here if it wasn’t for Hawk! Jeremy could truly find water in the middle of the Sahara.I also worked extensively with Sandra for our flow test. She is super responsive and will help in any way possible. She helped me numerous times with dealing with Department of Health. Great people to work with!read more

Hawk Drilling Company changed a burned out well pump, which... alerted us to another issue I had with my well. Everyday, Jeremy sent someone to come and assist me in cleaning out the water filter. The water filter was not part of the pump project they did, but knew I was not able to change myself. The first solution to my well problem was costly, this company found another way to solve my problem after I agreed to the more costly repair. Instead of making money, they choose to save me money. The owners of this company along with their staff are professional, intelligent, respectful, and honest. I would highly recommend Hawk Drilling Company!read more

In an emergency - we needed someone to come look at our... well/jet pump. Sandra (who is beyond patient and so nice) called me back on a Sunday when they weren’t even open, diagnosed the issue and sent the guys out to repair everything first thing Monday morning. Bob and Jeff came Monday morning to perform the repairs - they were beyond professional, extremely polite and knowledgeable - they even took the time to provide us with an education on our system. They could not have been nicer. Five stars isn’t enough!! What an amazing company!!read more
