I am the Pastor of Victory Bible Baptist Church in Porter Corners. Hawk drilled our well some time ago, and they were excellent to work with from the start. They took very good care of us throughout the process.

Last week we experienced an issue with our water pressure. After calling Hawk, they sent a technician out within hours. The gentleman they sent was knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem. He determined that the issue was with the well pump and also informed us that the pump was still under warranty—something we would not have known had he not been honest and forthcoming.

I truly appreciate businesses that do quality work and operate with integrity. Hawk has proven to be both dependable and trustworthy, and I highly recommend them.

Contacted Hawk to resolve an issue with my water. The pump had cut out iand the cistern and had run dry. The technicians came out the following day, as promised and resolved the problem. The service people were friendly, and were happy to explain what was going on. I will certainly be using the company again if I have any issues and would be happy to recommend them.

Hawk Drilling went above and beyond to help me with my well problems. Their office staff and customer service are superb. They are responsive, arrive on time and did an exceptional job. Alec and Alan were great to work with. We ran into several unexpected issues when the well shock process was supposed to be quick and easy. But Alec was determined to help and get me all fixed up. Very Appreciative!!! Highly recommend them.

Update November 2025 - Hawk saves the day for us again!
This is the third time we've needed their services in just over a year. Our aging jet pump in the basement, over 20 years old, needed to be replaced urgently. We reached out to Hawk on Sunday with the pump details and emailed them some photos. Incredibly they were able to arrive on Monday with a brand new pump and the techs swapped it out, even took away the old one for us. Sandra is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, orchestrating everything and keeping us on track. The new pump is running great and our water pressure is better than ever. Hawk is simply the best and we will go to them first every time!

Our usual trusted professional plumber referred us to Hawk Drilling for some specialty services. It was finally time to completely replace our entire old failing water softener system that we had purchased from a different company a long time ago, and to be honest - we were a little nervous about going with a different product & service. But when Chris S. from Hawk's water treatment team came to inspect our existing system and do a proper assessment of our current water conditions, it was immediately obvious that he has vast knowledge with many years of experience. After receiving a spot-on fair quote from him, we scheduled. Chris and his teammate Luis arrived on time to do the job, and what a fantastic job they did! Both are true professionals and have great personalities. Their top-notch workmanship and friendly attitude helped turn our bad situation into a positive experience. In fact, this was the best experience we've had with our water system in over 20 years. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. We are 100% pleased and will be choosing Hawk for everything related to our equipment and well from now on, best of the best! Big thank you to Chris and Luis!

I found myself in need of a new well after the point well I inherited began failing. Mohawk was responsive and direct about the situation in terms of logistics and price. They held my hand as I learnt about the whole process.

We had to go a bit deeper than planned and the water we hit, unfortunately, had a strong sulfur smell. I have some college kids living at the house and boy— going to class smelling like sulfur wasn’t going to fly. Chris took time to meet with me way after hours and they rearranged their schedule to get a system in right away to take care of the smell.

10/10 they really went above and beyond. I’m glad I went with them.

I live in an area notorious for water well issues. I have had problems with water to varying degrees for years, as have many of my neighbors. Things finally came to a breaking point when my well started running dry. I reached out to Hawk based on their reviews and information on their website. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful. They had someone out to my house to do a flow test with a day or two, and I'm located near Albany, so it is a little bit of a hike from Ballston Spa. There were some challenges along the way diagnosing the issue(s) with my well due to factors beyond anyone at Hawk's control. All I can say is they were responsive and took an approach of "we are going to figure this out and come up with a solution." Sandra in the office was always friendly and helpful. The treatment guy Chris was very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He went so far as texting me and emailing me off hours to check on how things were going and he worked up multiple quotes to best fit my needs and budget. Ultimately, I ended up needing a new well drilled, and that is where Jeremy came in. I was apprehensive because there are no guarantees in well drilling. If your furnace or roof need to be replaced, a contractor comes in and says "this is how much it will cost and it will be new and fully functional when I am done." With a well, its more like "this is how much it costs to drill, but there is no guarantee we will find water or what the quality will be if we do." I felt like I was giving them a blank check, but what choice did I have? I need water. Jeremy put my mind at ease as much as he could without making me any promises he couldn't keep. He really knows his craft and his expertise paid dividends! Long story short, he chose the right spot and I now have a great new well that produces plenty of good quality water. On top of that, their pricing was incredibly fair and not once did anyone try to upsell me on anything or charge me for work I didn't need. Everything from testing, to drilling, to excavation, to treatment was top notch and very fairly priced. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but everyone at Hawk went out of their way to make it right when they happened. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Hawk is the best around by a long shot! Majority of other companies in the area charge way above market value, are very unfriendly, and are seemingly unavailable. Fair, efficient, and informative, hawk truly went above and beyond helping us with our new property. Not only that, but it turns out i accidentally overpaid them and they kindly contacted me to send a refund. Excellent and honest people that are hard to come by these days.

Had Hawk Well Drilling replace my submersible well pump. We were serviced in less than 24 hours by a friendly and professional team. Price was competitive and didn't force an up-sell. From the office who gave us our estimate by email to the installation crew these folks were top notch
I would definitely recommend this company.

We contacted Hawk Drilling Co. when our well quit. The young lady indicated they were very busy, but that they could schedule me 2-3 days out. Not the best outcome, but they kept in contact with us, and had a crew to assess our issue the next afternoon! They determined the pump needed to be replaced, but that the pressure tank appeared to still be OK. I decided to have the pressure tank and the "T" assembly replaced as well so there were no weak links. In about 2-3 hours they had completed the job, and we had water. About 2 weeks after the install, we noticed a small leak where the line is connected to the "T" assembly. I called and left a message, but realized they had closed just 10 minutes earlier. I missed the call, but someone returned my call, and said they would have someone come by the following morning. As promised they showed up, got right to work and found where we had a leak. They were finished in about 20 minutes and the leak was repaired. Highly recommend you call Hawk first when you have a water problem! 100% satisfied. They came out within 24 hours for a service call. They found and fixed our issue with what they brought on the truck. They were professional and courteous. We fixed the problem with one phone call where other service providers kept us chasing them. Can’t recommend them enough.

Spencer and Keith replaced out water pressure tank quickly and answered all of our questions with pleasure. We wouldn’t happily recommend Hawk to anyone who has any well/water treatment needs!
