Local Reviews & Testimonials for Hawk Drilling Company

Yesterday morning I had no water, this morning I took a shower. That in itself should be enough for five stars. I was extremely impressed by their thoroughness. Even though I was prepared to replace my pump Spencer and Nick took the time and effort to determine that indeed the pump was the culprit and set about replacing it. Once it was in they explained that while my expansion tank was sufficient it might be a good idea to replace it to save wear and tear on my new pump. They thoroughly explained the options and I chose to replace the tank. Overall Spencer and Nick's professionalism was impressive. If you're having water problems I wouldn't call anybody else.

The team is extremely professional, kind, and thorough. I trust their judgment and integrity. I am extremely pleased with the company. Jeremy and Sandra are wonderful, Kind and compassionate owners. Above and beyond thank you

Hawk Drilling from start to finish was a great experience. We had much to do in the journey to get the correct well trenched and connected, as well as fix existing issues with piping. From there, we opted for Hawk's water treatment. I know that our property wasn't an easy go, but all the representatives of Hawk from the owners to the hardworking, caring field workers were exceptional. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in this area. Thank you Hawk for your patience, persistence and thoughtfulness with our house and family.

We had an issue with water pressure. Amanda got us an appointment that afternoon. Spencer and Andy were both great. They explained every step as they checked the pump and tank, each of which were 25+ years old. In less than three hours, they had replaced both - problem solved. Highly recommend Hawk Drilling. Prompt, professional and thorough. Thank you!

We had horrible smelling sulpher water and called Hawk to come test it. They responded quickly and set up an appointment in a short amount of time. They responded to all our questions promptly and got an estimate to us right away. Once we decided to go ahead with the filtration system, they set up a day and time and were punctual. The system was expensive, but it has been 100% effective. I would highly recommend this team if you need a water treatment system!

We recently had a new filtration system installed after facing some water issues. The entire process with Hawk Drilling was great. After inspection and some testing, Chris explained our options clearly and worked with us to come up with the best solution. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with our many questions. During installation, Scott was also equally impressive in his expertise and explanations of the system. Highly recommend Hawk Drilling.

A huge shout out to Spencer and Andy for awesome work today on replacing my well pump. They were professional and got the job done quickly & efficiently. I appreciate the great customer service from Hawk Drilling.

Such an easy company to work with, very straight forward and honest. Will always recommend their service and will continue to use this company.

I would recommend Hawk Drilling to anyone! From the very beginning, they were responsive, knowledgeable and understanding. I felt like I could trust their expertise every step of the way. Installation was smooth! Thank you!

Excellent job. Totally removed the sulfur smell from our water and did a great job rebuilding my system.

Gold standard. I contacted several well/water companies in the Saratoga area and Hawk mopped the floor with every metric a professional company should strive for. Hawk helped me with a real pain of a residential job and they knocked it out of the park. We even hit a snag along the way and it had no chance to stand in the way of success. Special shoutout to Amanda & John for exceptional work. If you are in search of anything water related, well pumps, treatment, excavation, etc. - you've found the best. I wish you another 100 years of success!

Chris tested our water and recommended a water softener. In addition, he recommended a solution to an issue with our hot water heater. The whole process from our first contact, installation and a few follow up questions was dealt with quickly and professionally. We highly recommend Hawk Drilling for water system problems.

Excellent service. Spencer and Nick showed up late on a Friday afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the problem. Repair required opening well, pulling out (by hand) 206 feet of pipe, wire, and pump. They replaced pump, wire, and pressure tank, had replacements on the truck, and got me back in service same day.

VERY HONEST! Jeremey and Will are fantastic well drillers/geologist. The process from start to finish was flawless and turned out better than expected. Jeremey came out to really look at the land and picked out probably the best place for a well. We ended up with a very high GPM and we didn’t go as deep as expected. That’s why they are honest and I would recommend them to everyone who needs a well. They did not do more than was necessary and kept me in the loop. We planned for 80ft but found success at 60ft and THEY TOLD ME RIGHT AWAY!!! I just can’t thank them enough for making this stressful part of home building a huge sigh of relief. Our whole family thanks you and I will shout y’all’s name from the rooftop!!!

From start to finish, the team at Hawk Drilling was responsive, friendly, and professional. I was looking for a filtration system for my home, and Chris came out to test my water, explain my options, and provide estimates along the way. He never tried to upsell me- he simply recommended what I actually needed. The installation was completed in a timely manner, and Scott took the time to explain the process and show me how to change the filter. As a bonus, my cat loved him too! I highly recommend Hawk Drilling for water filtration systems. They were awesome!
